I don’t know of any evidence showing this - but I don’t think it has been tested for this. I’ve not seen nor heard of a case - but I guess someone presenting with a heart attack, other vascular occlusion or stroke would be unlikely to link sulforaphane to be a cause, I’d guess.

Right. Because aside from that hypothetical risk we could empirically use the sulforaphane protocol to rid our bodies of microplastics.
