Great news… I drink 2 cups of Dark Magic Bold Roast with 1.5 teaspoons of Stevia. And, a dash of French Vanilla Creamer.
Stevia is a natural sweetener and sugar substitute derived from the leaves of the plant species Stevia rebaudiana, native to Brazil and Paraguay. The active compounds are steviol glycosides, which have about 50 to 300 times the sweetness of sugar.
FWIW, try Trehalose {as a sweetener substitute], much more functional for your health.
Also, you can dump in some glycine. It is almost like sugar and much sweeter than Trehalose. I like my coffee black with no sweeteners. I use Trehalose and glycine on my morning hot oat bran cereal.
