Similarities between TRIIM X study and Sauna

The TRIIM X study relays on increasing Growth Hormone to improve the thymus and then dealing with the problems this creates in glucose and insulin (this is well documented in the literature). That’s why they add in their treatment DHEA, Metformin, Zinc and VitD.

The thing is than sauna can elevate Growth Hormone by 16x on a single session and I haven’t seen any paper that shows detrimental effects on glucose control. In fact, I have read the opposite!

Glucose control:

Insulin control:

Could this be that the body’s response to heat is a well orchestrated action that has fewer consecuences than TRIIM?

We don’t know if Sauna is improving the thymus or if we should be supplementing with DHEA, metformin, Zinc, vitD while doing sauna will get us even better results. Any thoughts on all these? Any Sauna users that can test this?
