This gives a good summary of the state of research in senolytics. The science seems to be in the basic research stage, nowhere near ready for widespread use. Even the benefits of D+Q, the most established protocol, seem poorly established; it probably doesn’t hurt to try it, and it might help with some groups of senescent cells.
