Reverse osmosis filters experience? Any simple remineralization strategies?

I’ve been looking at water filters which can eliminate PFAS, microplastics, heavy metals, etc. And it can’t get better than RO for this. But I keep coming across articles that say we may miss out on essential minerals due to this.

How true/important is this?

If you use RO, do you think of remineralization? Do you have any methods to compensate for minerals that are filtered out? For example: Commercial emineralization / taking supplements / adding some salts back to the filtered water…

One that I am aware of is “Hi-Lyte™” you add to water, in my view it is expensive. Compare with other’s
