Retatrutide - better erections, lower stomach inflammation, less back pain but not due to weight loss: questions and thoughts. Any other medications that can do these positive things without appetite suppression?

Been experimenting on and off with Reta and Tirzep this past year.
2.5mg of Reta per week was the highest. Tirzep dosage was around the same.
I’m trying to keep close to a certain weight. It’s challenging to eat a certain amount of calories because of the appetite suppression.
So I’d go off due to this, and then back on because of the other benefits. I am not overweight.

Over the years, I’ve been 30 lbs less than my current weight without glp-1’s. Though my erections were not any better, I still had back pain and stomach inflammation to some degree.

My question here is, does anyone have any info or thoughts about what is causing these positive changes?
I’ve read some things like weight loss and increased sex hormones causing this. However, my sex hormones are in range.

My guess for better erections is from increased Cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), which can boost nitric oxide (enos) from another area besides Cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), but it could be something else going on.
I do sometimes take a pde-5i (cialis, Viagra etc), and they work better with the glp-1’s.
Though other things will probably be going on for the back pain and inflammation benefits.

The whole area (spine and stomach) from the penis up to the heart feels better in general.
Nerve and muscle related, perhaps. Better ability to trap blood, flex, squeeze area etc.

Any other classes or type of medication worth checking out? Even if it does just 1 positive thing, it is fine: erections, back pain, stomach inflammation.
Monoclonal antibodies? Immune modulators?

I’ve never been diagnosed with a spine or inflammatory condition, but might it be worth looking into?

Shout out to @Steve_Combi for the peptides!
