Reduced glucose tolerance after Zone1-2 exercise

Are there CGM users here who do a lot of Z1-Z2 training? Have you noticed that blood glucose rises very easily on days when you do a long Z1-Z2 workout (with low lactates). This happens to me almost every time I do a longer (90-120min) Z1-2 workout.

I notice the complete opposite effect on days when I do a strength training session. Blood glucose drops quickly after a meal.

It would have been interesting if the lactates of the control group had also been kept below 2, in other words the exercise would have been lighter. I believe that then the end result would have been the same for them.
