Red blood cell count

In all my reading, I have forgotten if Rapamycin affects the red blood cell count. Does anyone know the answer? Thanks in advance.

I would be surprised. WBC yes, but I would not expect RBC.

My red blood cells stay the same for years. Rapa did not affect it.

At higher doses it causes microcytosis.

What level of dose is that?

2mg/day from memory.

I would think a daily dose is to be avoided unless the objective is to prevent the immune system from functioning fully.
