I voted every 3 months (for blood testing), but it is normally every week.
Brad Stanfield has never done any meaningful research. He hasn’t even practiced as a doctor for very long. What he is good at is YouTube. John Campbell is an accomplished YouTuber, but I wouldn’t take any medical advice from him.
Citrulline is found primarily in watermelon. No other dietary source is relevant, and even then you get maybe 3mg of citrulline from 1.5kg of watermelon.
Citrulline is actually quite a good supplement as I’m coming to find. It is more effective than taking L-arginine at increasing arginine levels, and plays a role in improving nitric oxide synthesis which has many positive downstream effects.
I like the guy. I’ve noticed he has become more and more open to utilizing pharmaceuticals in a preventative manner. I think he will grow to become much more progressive in his views on longevity, but he also is constrained by his doctor position being at risk and his Youtube accounts termination if he advocates extreme protocols.
