Rapamycin prescription through psychiatric providers who offer Ketamine therapy?

Hi there, I found out about Rapamycin when I was researching ways to augment ketamine therapy.

I see here that there is evidence of at least one well known provider offering 6mg of Rapamycin along with Ketamine treatment, as was used in the small trial (Dr Pruett at Taconic Psychiatry)

Could this be an alternate route to get rapamycin prescribed, especially if ones use case is to use this as a ketamine augmentation agent? I was evaluated for Spravato and the doctor is fine with me using rapamycin concurrently but will not prescribe.

I’m looking into seeing if another well known clinic, Anywhere Clinic, would be open to this. I have Medicare and they take my insurance so I don’t have much to lose other than the copay to ask if they would be open to prescribing. I can report back here if there is a provider there who would be open to it.

My integrative health clinic initially suggested this idea but then backtracked on it, but said they had no problem with me getting it elsewhere. Second integrative clinic where I get constitutional hydrotherapy done also didn’t have experience prescribing rapamycin off label. My GP is usually open to this kind of thing but seemed to think it was compounded only, which seems to be incorrect, so I may ask her one more time. I am looking to avoid involving an online telehealth service as I want to work with my providers on this to keep things cleaner, as well as having the option to use my own pharmacy vs a shady compounding pharmacy which some of the online places seem to use. Any further suggestions would be appreciated if Anywhere MD can’t do it.
