I’ve been taking weeky rapa/met since 2018 with no side effects or observable benefits but I’m confident it’s beneficial. My wife has also been on board since 2020 but she has asthma and gets colds frequently. I’m wondering if she should pause rapa when she has a cold?

For a bacterial infection, I usually recommend a pause until better, for viral infections, I’d not see any rationale - and if anything, use of rapamycin seems to improve T cell immunity and decrease risk of serious outcomes with viral infections.
Everyone’s situation is different, but as a general statement, I’d not personally pause for a viral infection (and don’t for myself or wife).
