Rapamycin Headache - Others Experiencing? Treatments?

I know this has been discussed at some length but looking for an update - anyone else having consistent headache with rapamycin dosing? Any treatments working for mitigation?

On 8mg q 8d - @ 24-36 hrs post dose get a frontotemporal headache that lasts ~24-48 hrs, despite ibuprofen / tylenol rx. No other symptoms (sinus, tension, etc). Seems particularly bad when other headache triggers are present (altitude, alcohol).
This is bad enough that I’m thinking of discontinuing therapy…
Any thoughts??

Yes this has happened to me… I interpreted it that I was taking too much and triggering MTOR2 inhibition, similar to those that get mouth sores if they take too much… so I backed down the weekly dose until I didn’t get a headache any longer and it’s fine now. Headache is one of the common side affects listed in the Manick Study.
