Rapamycin for muscle recovery?

I’ve worked out with weights all my life, but I haven’t done much aerobic in years. Friday I did a boot camp - 60 minutes of jump rope, sprints etc. yesterday and today I’m incredibly sore in my thighs and my core. I normally take rapamycin every Sunday, but I’m wondering if it would not be a good idea today since it might slow healing, or if it would be a good idea because it’s anti-inflammatory. Any thoughts?

I try to time my rapa dose to at least 24 hours (preferably 36 hours) after my just prior weight training. I find that rapa slows my recovery from muscle soreness. I then do not resume weight training for at least 36 hours. I only take rapa 1x/2weeks. Friday PM lift / Sun AM rapa / Mon PM lift.
