I have severe endometriosis and would like to avoid having multiple organs removed. Hormonal treatments don’t work for me, and I was looking up other options and saw that Rapamycin has shown promise in reducing endometrial tumors and lesions in animals, but of yet there are no human trials (endometriosis is sadly a disease that is vastly under-funded and under-researched compared with its prevalence). Does anyone have experience with this use of Rapa? I’m wondering about dosing, protocols, etc. Any and all comments welcome!
Apologies if this isn’t the right forum for this, but I can’t find anyone on endometriosis fora who’s tried it and like I said, endometriosis is frustratingly under-studied.
