In mice, rapamycin gives females get longer life extension than males…does anyone have an idea why?

Perhaps because there is something else harming the males.
Rapa combined with acarbose achieves equal or greater lifespan extension in males compared to females. On their own, blood sugar lowering agents like acarbose and SGLT2i extend lifespan in males but not females.
