I’ve noticed increased postprandial levels ~10-20 mg/dL from weekly dosing. For those who are seeing glucose intolerance or elevated fasting levels, wonder if anyone’s tested what is the wash-out period for levels to return to normal? And is there a time pattern to how soon it worsens again?
