Protecting gut microbiome through/after cleanse for colonoscopy

Would appreciate suggestions on how to protect the microbiome through a colonoscopy. ( coming up July 20.) Any recommendations for particular pre- or post biotics? Is yogurt adequate? Are the Pendulum products better than other products for pre-post-colonoscopy?

I learned that I have the APC mutation that puts me at risk for colon cancer, so now I get colonoscopies every three years. Another “benefit” of getting your genetics profiled.
