Collagen is v low on leucine
“prehabilitation” is interesting as a concept. Exercise the day before an operation, but not two days before reduces muscle loss from the operation.

I had an interesting discussion with the author of this paper. As with most things you can have too much of a metabolite (such as acetyl-CoA) and yeast seem to face this at times.
