Alcar and pine bark ( taken together ), for me a mental buzz comparative to a 3 mg nicotine
I’ve been taking for about 3 weeks and can’t tell if there’s an increased compounded effect from duration of dosing or not ?

That’s the first time I’ve heard of this combination having a stimulating effect! What dosage are you taking, and did you feel it right away on the first dose?
500mg ALCAR 100mg pine bark (I’d like try pycnogenol , basically same thing )
