Tα1 (thymosin alpha 1) has more human data and is an approved peptide for immune function with good safety and efficacy in humans. Not a lot of human data on Thymulin as a therapy yet.
Thymilin does look very interesting though
I’ll have to get some in to try.
The main reason to reverse thymic involution is to restore our natural production of the 3 main thymic hormiones.
Thymulin and thymosin alpha 1 (Tα1) are both thymic peptides, but thymulin is more of a T‑cell–maturation and immune‑regulation signal with strong neuroendocrine links, whereas Tα1 is a broad “immune response modifier” that directly activates dendritic cells, T cells, and NK cells via Toll‑like receptors and has much stronger clinical evidence
hGH can help maintain and reverse thymic involution, i.e. the TRIIM protocol.
I’m not a big fan of chronic Somatropin use because of it’s extended half life when used as a subQ injection. Which is why I use secretagogues that tell the the up stream system to produce hGH at night while I sleep, following the natural circadian cycle.
