I’ll check Costco for this later this week.
That’s a half ounce of pecorino and it’s about a buck an ounce. So that is cheaper than the pill and has additional nutrients, also tastes better. I’m in. But I’m not milking a sheep. I wonder if the microbes do this or if it’s in the milk already.
Suppose to be similar to Parmesan cheese (cow).
