Thanks. Here is his post on C15

“Pecorino cheese has the highest levels of C15:0.⁣

To get the recommended 200mg of C15:0 per day, you just need 14.3g of pecorino per day”

I’ll check Costco for this later this week.

That’s a half ounce of pecorino and it’s about a buck an ounce. So that is cheaper than the pill and has additional nutrients, also tastes better. I’m in. But I’m not milking a sheep. I wonder if the microbes do this or if it’s in the milk already.

It’s an interesting account but one of my concerns is that his blog posts are severly lacking in references.
