Are you injecting the epithalon subcutaneously? That’s what most seem to be doing, but I haven’t found any discussion on subQ vs intramuscular. Can we assume subQ works as well? The Khavinson protocol was intramuscular epithalamin.

Yes, I am injecting subcutaneously into belly fat. I am on my 5th day and, so far, have not felt anything one way or the other.

The only thing you might notice is improved sleep at high doses (mg not mcg).

It’s normal not to notice anything on Epithalon, it means no noticeable side effects. The aim is long-term anti-aging.

200 mcg subcutaneous of Epithalon may well be enough, but I wouldn´t be certain.

In the two studies I could find, one on humans one on rabbits with neither on peptides, bioavailability as defined was about half for subQ compared to intramuscular administration and - in the one study that disclosed this - peak serum concentration one fifth for subQ. The reason is that vascularization is less developed in subQ tissue. Moreover, subQ bioavailability has high individual variability and there is variability between different drugs.

It is relatively inexpensive and I had no adverse reaction to a 3mg daily dose for 10 days. Nothing spectacular either :slight_smile:

Maybe, but it is a lot easier for me to obtain Semax than Adderall.
I was quite pleased with the Semax.

Well it’s really expensive even from China. I wonder if the duration matters. I spread 125mg out over 20-25 days I think, and the Discord lady did it for even longer.

I just looked at your previous post. Already low to begin with, your creatinine got a small reduction from 1.13 to 1.09. Your friend, though, who was taking massive quantities–800 mg over eight weeks–got a significant 15% increase in her GFR. But that’s a lot of money and a lot of jabbing.

Right. I thought it was still notable because it had been flat for several months over 4 draws, but my kidneys were already healthy. She was starting from a worse baseline and spent a few hundred $$ to get better. Based on prices at the time, she probably paid about $800. Prices have dropped 20% or more since then.

Could you share your experience of MOTS-c? Not finding any clinical study, I passed on it but there are anecdotal reports.

I was initially interested in this peptide as it “supports” MTORC2 and my thought on that was that I could increase my Rapamycin dose and minimize the risk of activating MTORC2. And then I fell down a rabbit hole…

You may have already seen these articles and studies but I found them to be informative on MOTS-c and it raises several questions for me. One question I am pondering now is how it affects methionine. From other studies, restricting methionine is beneficial for longevity. MOTS-c appears to do that.

I am interested in MOT-C. After looking at various sites and papers, I found that, like other peptides, the protocol and dosage are widely varied.
One common one is 5 mg once per week for four weeks.
If you don’t mind sharing, what protocol are you using?

I’ve seen similar 5mg per week or 10mg per week but I’ve also seen it referred to as a weekly dose, not a single day dose. Often it’s a 2.5mg dose 2 or 3 days a week. I did the 5mg dose a couple times just before working out but did not notice much but since I’m just getting back into that, my gains are rapid anyways.

I decided to do 5mg / 7 days = ~ 0.75mg per day. So I added 5mg to my morning BPC+TB vial and only do it once a day. As I learn more I may increase the dose.

It does have a short half-life but not sure that matters as the downstream effect on the systems it affects may be longer?

Impressed by the research on MOTS-c, I took 5 mg per day for 20 days. I wasn’t expecting to notice any immediate improvement, but a few months later I can say that some or all of the peptides I’m taking are definitely doing something. I’d call them all rejuvenators.

Warning to Dee and all other buyers from Cyprus: I just spotted three bogus charges on my credit card from SpeedAmazed.com, a “shopping community” on Cyprus. The first charge, for $2, was probably a probe. It then went up to $50. Check your statements and get a new card if necessary.
