For primary prevention, a drop of almost 40% in CV mortality, along with a decrease of 25% in total mortality is astounding.
Statins, with all of their issues, can’t touch those numbers for primary prevention.
Shows the importance of endothelial nitric oxide levels.

It’s just a retrospective study though, I can imagine the men wanting sex are in a better shape than their peers who don’t
