Panel for oxidized LDL?

hm, well i finally am starting to use psyllium as a supplement. 5.1g is like a tablespoon. why is it soluble rather than insoluble fiber?

i saw a cardiologist today. as predicted, useless. she wasn’t that concerned about an LDL result of 137 and suggested diet/exercise, the most normie response. I revealed I was taking some off-label nexlizet. and she said those are 2nd-line treatments, not first-line ones [as usual most doctors are unable to think broadly]

Maybe . . . and all the extra characters.

vascular health will also be impt if you want to minimize the risk from neurovascular stents (inserting hair-like BCI into your brain vessels, which may become necessary for creating a simulation of one’s brain/keeping up with AGI…)

I’m gonna try high dose metformin - it’s already over studied and safe like crazy. It’s also 6 years old but whatever

Well I went off nexlizet for a while but did do rapamycin and metformin increases. Now not sure what to do, but I guess I could get more fenofibrate. Also I went off semaglutide for a long time but should start injections again

same as in december, i intentionally took a long break from nexlizet (last time I did it after a week break from it). Maybe I should take some nexlizet once in a while again but I don’t think the effect size is large. It’s also not 100% sure I’m absorbing the nexlizet.

I was taking heavy metformin for the past week or two.

It’s not ideal, but it’s just moderately increased risk

Plaque build-up isn’t a matter of risk, it’s the default.
Risk is downstream from that.
