TOR is considered the engine-of-aging enzyme detailed in Why Do We Age? and Caloric Restriction vs. Animal Protein Restriction, as well as in my previous video: Prevent Cancer from Going on TOR.

LOL. What a simplistic view. Why is it, that I have had no pimples (not that surprising at age 67!), but started getting them when I took rapamycin? The one thing that we do know about rapamycin, is that it reliably suppresses mTOR. I don’t consume milk either.

I think this whole theory needs some refinement, because as it stands, it’s a mess.
