Optimal Testing Regimen

Consider the offerings from InsideTracker, Function, iollo, and just getting regular metabolic panels or lipid panels. In my own experience, from getting my genome sequenced and doing routine bloodwork regularly, I have noticed that information is only interesting to the extent that it suggests an action.

In my ideal world, I imagine tests that could generate a holistic model of how my organ systems are functioning and suggest interventions that would modify the probability of eventually suffering from disease. Unlike the current system that is primarily asking if you have disease in order to know whether to administer some treatment indicated for people with that disease, I would like to have a system that would be looking at my trajectory and helping me avoid the organ system degradation that would lead to disease.

I am curious what ideas people have on this forum of what they wish they could learn from bloodwork or other health monitoring.
