Just thought I would post this as I found it incredibly interesting.
This is a new company offering Immune age testing. I think it’s just in Beta at the moment. Immune aging is hugely informative of overall lifespan. They’ve just opened it up for early testing. I have no idea how expensive it is or how actionable it is, but this seems like a great potential test for anyone trying to get a better picture or their own functionality.
It might be possible with this test to see pre and post immune system changes using Rapa.
My tracking is much less sophisticated but I have build an immunosenescence tracking spreadsheet and found that in conjunction with AI it has become useful to guide to developing strategies for improvement. For example, my NLR is slightly above 2:1 but is comes from slightly low lymphocytes and optimal neutrophils. This and a few other metrics and ratios suggested a profile that AI has interpreted as nonpathological immunosenescence associated with aging – actually good for “my age” but not optimal in terms of immune response, such as responding appropriately to vaccines. Out of that, working with AI iteratively, I have developed an empirical strategy that might elevate my lymphocyte count and improve balance in my immune system. It is an empirical question to which I should have an answer in 90 days. I think AI can help immensely in these health matters and I think an iterative exploration can end up providing useful guidance in developing practical strategies.
This is fun stuff. I don’t spend too much time on it and try to chase only one rabbit at a time but there is no doubt that this generation of LLMs has aided the process immensely.
