Drizzling olive oil on meals and having berries with breakfast are among the simple dietary changes that can slow down ageing and wrinkles, a study has suggested.

Polyphenols are antioxidant-rich chemicals found in olive oil, colourful plants, coffee and cocoa and have been proven to help reduce inflammation in the body and protect against heart disease.
