Somewhere along the way, the PREVAIL phase 3 endpoint got pushed out a year. But now they intend to conduct an interim analysis in 4q26, reported 1q27. (Listening to analyst call, they’re quite confident about this timeline.) No indication when it will be for sale in the US. (Coming to EU before end of year.)

Just saw that EU approved obicetrapib. Any guesses on the FDA approval? My HDL tanked 15 points in the last year. While my ApoB. Is controlled by eze+ BA, would love to get my hands on obicetrapib.
New Amsterdam will only start the approval process once the cardiovascular outcome trial is completed next year. Until then, Ubeslo/obicetrapib is only available in Europe and maybe Turkey? Should come out by November or December here.
