Physician friend took 3 weekly doses of sirolimus. Had to stop due to hypomania. No known psych issues. Had to have MRI of knee for known neurofibroma later. Orthopedic surgeon asked him if he had underwent debulking surgery in the interim due to the almost 90%+ resolution of the tumor volume. Patient replied to orthopod,“The only thing that I’ve done in the last few months is start sirolimus.”
