My morning supplements

This is my current morning stack for energy and long-term health taken in a fasted state. It is of course a work in progress, and I am genuinely curious how others shape their own first hour of the day.

NMN 300 - 400 mg + TMG 400–500 mg
Taurine 5 g
Citrulline malate 2 gr - Vitamin C 500 mg
CoQ10 400 mg - MCT C8 5-10 ml - Astaxanthin 12 mg
Matcha 1,5 g and a small espresso.
Lithiumorotate 5 mg

This stack is just a snapshot of how I start my days, the last few months. If you have your own version of a “first-hour protocol,” from supplements, sharing it might give the rest of us some inspiration and new ideas.

I have taken NMN for a few months now but when I run out of powder the next time, then I will most likely drop it.
