Every 4 months I start new experiments with bloodwork to check if the effect is real. These past 4 months I started: 1. alkylglycerol because I found a source that wasn’t shark related and 2. 500/600mg/day of elemental Mg.
With just one pill per day of this:

it completly move the needle of these biomarkers:
*(when I stop supplementing with O3 I jump back to 60-70s. The 33 was TUDCA)
And a slightly lower RBC count. And for sure it moved the ALP but I didn’t measured it. The movements in liver and lipid profile are quite similar to the results I got from TUDCA both due to higher bile acid secretion.
These results are consistent with the literature in mice I read so far (even though alkylglycerol is not the same as plasmalogen):

Drawbacks: lower leucocyte, lower RBC, according to the literature lower VEGF and also we don’t want to wipe out that fish.
Pros: better Neutrophil/Lymphocyte ratio, perfect lipid profile with 0 artherosclerosis according to the study, slower brain aging due to higher plasmalogens, less oxidative potential for the DHA/EPA consumed.

Questions: too much bile acid? Also AST and ALT were lower than the detectable limit. Association studies don’t look good for such a low numbers… But I think association studies are not a good proxy in this scenario… Any thoughts on this will be appreciated.
Next up in my experiments: Keto salts for sleep. TMG and bloodmarkers. Low protein and nooby gains in the gym.
