MOTS-c - might it be a good companion to Rapamycin?

Since the FDA has banned most peptides from being compounded by compounding pharmacies, where are you getting the ones you use. I am referring primarily to injectable peptides like Thymosin Alpha 1, thymosin beta 4, mots-c, bpc 157 etc.

This is far from an exhaustive list.
I cannot vouch or recommend any of them.
However, I was happy with the products that I received from rupharma and biotechpeptides.

I didn’t find much benefit from MOTS-c at these low does and have done much higher doses since then.

Sept 2025 I did a twice a week dose of 20mg broken into 2x 10mg doses per day for 4 weeks. I did notice improved muscle tone without any exercise.

Jan 2026 I started an “every day” cycle of 24mg with 2x 12mg doses per day. About 4 days into this experiment now.

I’ve not done any resistance training for about a year but I am physically active. Can walk for miles without any effort. Can still do 20 pushups easily and my muscle tone and mass has stayed as good as it was before I started the “no work out” experiment.

I will be getting back to the weights when I finish this recent MOTS-c experiment.
