Reading this article about metreleptin makes me think it would be an interesting idea for a GLP1 agonist to have a leptin agonism component.

I’m shocked how expensive Metreleptin is. It seems like such an interesting medicine we don’t hear much about, but if it would allow us to maintain a lower body fat % this could be useful. I know when I get very lean I just cannot sustain the caloric intake necessary to maintain that, perhaps this medicine would change that.
