Methylene Blue For Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s And Dementia

I hope this isn’t too far off topic. I think we are all here to avoid some of the pitfalls of aging. There are certainly smarter people than me here.

I find this info saying NO is bad very confusing. I understand that nose breating creates NO and that is good.

Anyone know more about this?

We had a discussion earlier about MB. It doesn’t seem to be so helpful with aging generally (mixed results in the NIA ITP studies), but may be helpful for the brain, but I don’t think the research is as compelling as this guy you cited suggests.
