But there is a lot of fake manuka honey. Just like that there are lots of fake supplements.
Good point, it would be a good thing to discuss the names of reliable brands, as the forum is doing in the case of supplements.

Next time you’re in New Zealand, you can buy Manuka honey straight from the source. There are also different grades that vary by quality and price. I believe that any expensive brand you buy from a reputable supermarket should be fine.
DeStrider, I’ve been in New Zealand when I was 32, I enjoyed it but I doubt I’ll have another opportunity in this life. Here in Europe Manuka honey is available with the different grades you cite although I have no way to judge about their source. I like the spicy taste, one of the best kind of honeys I ever tasted.
