Assuming, may it happen, that AI & nanotech can help people develop therapies that work faster, the next roadblocks will be the FDA & the health insurance companies (aka paying for them to be supplied).

Medicine and technology are moving at a faster pace which will only continue. This make the FDA approval process antiquated creating years of needless delays.

Except for those 1-2 animals that didn’t respond well to treatment and died early.
