Bulgaria is inside EU, so it should be good for mailing, although I saw on their site that there is soem issues presently with the Europen Commission, I’ll have to dig deeper.

In Turkey, Rapamune requires no prescription and costs about 50% less than in most EU countries, making a short trip financially worthwhile at break-even. Another option is using EUDoctor for an EU-wide prescription, which can then be filled in Bulgaria or Romania
