Anyone here try low dose Methylene Blue for longevity or to treat any illnesses?

Yes, I’ve been taking it for a couple of months and havent noticed any clear difference.
I take 12 drops in a few ounces of sugar free lemonade and a dropper of vitamin C twice a day. What effective dosage that translates to I can only guess. The effect of coingestion with citric acid and ascorbic acid is unclear to me.
At my weight of 68 kilograms, I would like to be getting .5 to 1.0 mg/kg per day of MB.
