Underlying biology / medical state…

I hate it when “experts” resort to the shortcut of basing prospects for future health on a persons current health status (“underlying biology/ medical state”). It’s another way to say “we don’t really know what’s going on here”. Even our beloved Phenoage has to ask for a current age (strong indicator of current health status).
