Hey,
Iong-time lurker here. Great stuff.
I recently stumbled upon an article you guys might be interested in.
Desmolysium - My Longevity Protocol
The guy, claiming to be an MD, uses a variety of longevity interventions.
Short summary:
- diet, sleep, exercise (obviously)
- 4mg rapamycin (has been for 4+ years)
- 17-alpha-estradiol
- allopurinol
He has also experimented with hit & run courses of senolytics (D&Q), SGLT-2 inhibitors, metformin, semaglutide, rosuvastatin, ezetimibe, and a host of other things.
He also claims to have been on rapamycin for 5 years, which is one of the longest experiences I have found online. My experience with rapamycin
What do you guys think of his approach generally and where does he go wrong?
