Aging Institute Seminar Series
As part of the Aging Research Seminar Series, Matt Kaeberlein, PhD, Professor, of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology; Director, of Healthy Aging and Longevity Research Institute; Director of Nathan Shock Center of Excellence in the Basic Biology of Aging; Director, of Biological Mechanisms of Health Aging Training Program; and Director, Dog Aging Project at the University of Washington will present his talk “The Dog Aging Project: An Open-Science Study of Aging in 40,000+ Companion Dogs”.
A central part of the Aging Institute (AI) at Bridgeside Point’s mission is to promote innovative research in aging and a rich environment for the training of a new generation of investigators in the aging field. Beyond individualized mentorship, we want to provide support in career development, presentation skills, grant writing, and opportunities for collaboration and networking with researchers within and outside the University. An informal reception will follow the presentation.
