Anyone have any research to show that lithium orotate helps improve bone density? I have searched but can’t find any. Trying to improve my bone density measures and taking K2, D3, Calcium Citrate, and Boron. Read in the practical press where lithium orotate can help with bone density but can’t find any empirical research to support this? Thanks
Probably not specifically the orotate form. But the carbonate form, yes. You could also consider AKG and Ashwagandha. And bodybuilding.

Lithium orotate is a lithium salt, so it should be the elemental lithium causing the positive effect. The patients studied were psychiatric patients taking doses that would probably be unsafe to take without a doctor’s supervision
