Probably there are 4 main causes:

  1. Obesity rates in USA (that increase mostly heart disease)
  2. Different genetics
  3. Different diet
  4. Better healthcare (and Covid protection)

People in Hong Kong live 8% longer by average - so probably this is how much people can get realistically by not getting obese and good healthcare
