I've Got A Big Problem In My Oral Microbiome (Serratia marcescens), But Also A Plan To Reduce It

Apologies if I’m slow to reply to comments in the rapa forum-it’s becoming a challenge to address them all over many platforms…

Keep making your great videos. I’m particularly interested in findings of over supplementation…of doing harm by taking in too much (relative or absolute). Holding my breath over B3

Thanks Joseph. Depending on the FO-NAD experiment, I may have to go back to NA, but if/when I do, it will be at far lower doses than 600 mg/d. I’ll 2x (not 15x) current intake, so 40-50mg to start.

Why not just get a standard Chlorhexidine Digluconate 0,12%: + Cetylpyridinium Chloride 0,05% mouthwash and accompanying toothpaste?

Serratia is resistant to chlorhexidine: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC244159/

And the Cetylpyridinium Chloride too?

Good and interesting video. Where we don’t have more causal evidence, these association studies find their place very well.
