What can ITP study to move the rapamycin needle a bit more? The deadline for suggesting interventions to test are in February. Everolimus would be very interesting to see if it leads to higher lifespan than rapamycin. This would give us a better feeling how important it is to minimize the inhibition of mTORC2. Is there any other interventions that would be great to test?
