Is it safe to take multiple 1mg rapamycin tablets in one go once a week as opposed to 1mg tablet every day?

Sorry if this has been asked before and I’ve missed the thread.

But if I have 1mg rapamycin tablets, would it be safe to take 4x1mg tablets once a week for example instead of 1mg every day?

Hi, welcome to the forums.

I recommend you read the thread here, but yes, it’s safe. Most people here dose only once time per week. You might start at 1mg/week and then slowly increase (instead of starting all at once with 4mg in a single dose, once per week). See the discussion here: What is the Rapamycin Dose / Dosage for Anti-Aging or Longevity?

I personally started at 1mg per week, then slowly increased to higher doses.

Hope it goes well for you.

I’m currently taking 8mg once a week with no issues. I recently bumped up from 6mg.

For longevity purposes it seems that once a week is better than spreading it out to small amounts daily.

Start small as @RapAdmin says and work your way up.
