It’s an ultraprocessed food, but it doesn’t increase blood glucose and the ingredients are fine enough in themselves (though there are other issues with UPFs).
I don’t eat it very often but when it’s available as a snack I’ll fall for it. There’s also a question of whether it’s healthier than nuts if substituted (nuts are way higher calories, but nuts are not UPFs)
I thought I was the only person who loved this. I eat a cup of it (220 calories) almost every day. It’s delicious. I’ve tried every flavor but honey graham is my favorite.
It has a LOT of fiber. Not clear what kind of fiber though.
I also eat this occasionally. When you want something crunchy. Fairly high in protein for the number of calories. It’s a very small part of my diet so I don’t worry about the fine details.
