Inside Tracker worth it? Anyone with Experience Using it?

Does anyone have experience of Inside Tracker (from the UK))?

Currently I have or update data myself eg 23andMe, Promethase, quarterly blood work and calculating bioage via ML ‘clocks’ adding the data myself.

But it is tempting to have it in one place and done for me. Presumably they are starting to scrape their dataset for added benefits.

Have listened ed to their podcast for a while eg current on on inflammation, and it is getting more tempting.

Worth the $149 annual fee?

Just wanted to check in on this post and see if anyone here has tried Inside Tracker and if you have any feedback on it - pro or con? Please post if you do.

I did buy a year’s membership but I dont really use it. Doesnt add much to what I know from my genome data (Promethase), bloodwork and my Oura and Apple watch which I curate myself.

How often do you do blood testing as part of the Inside Tracker program? What do you think of their software user interface? Do you track your bloodwork using Inside Tracker or do you mostly use other Blood testing services?

I only uploaded by blood results twice. It didnt seem intuitive to scan them in so I manually uploaded. I have my labs done three monthly, not via I Tracker but another company. Manual upload was time consuming.

The ‘tips’ eg diet were not that useful and didnt tell me anything I didnt know. Similarly Id run genome reports for 23andme, self-decode and found-my-fitness so it wasnt useful in terms of new genetic-related info.

Im also a doctor so I could do most of the interpretation myself.
