How to prevent keloid recurrence after surgical removal?

I have multiple keloids on my face originally from a facelift when I was in my late 20s. I had them removed twice and both times they grew back.

The second time i had them removed was 2021. I did a lot of research and found that TGF beta is the main culprit and it also correlates with low vitamin D. So I megadosed vitamin D, and took tranilast (imported from Japan) AND I took pirfenidone…they STILL grew back. I also used silicone sheets for 6 months after surgery, made no difference.

I know radiation can prevent them from growing back but I’m worried about a cancer. I’ve already had cancer in my 20s and multiple benign tumors (excluding keloids) so my body REALLY REALLY REALLY likes growing tumors, which is one of the reasons I got into longevity and why I take Rapamycin, but I digress.
